At Big Ed’s Jewelry, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our guidelines below.

RETURNS & ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, including certificates, warranties, and tags, must be included.
• Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items cannot be returned.
• Clearance or final sale items are non-refundable.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. Contact Us – Email us at info@bigedsjewelry.com or call 212-457-1423 with your order details to request a return authorization.
2. Package Your Item – Securely pack the item with all original materials to prevent damage during transit.
3. Ship It Back – Use a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
4. Processing Time – Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

EXCHANGES

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please follow the return process above and let us know which item you’d like in exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund. Proof of damage, such as photos, may be required.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an item has been dispatched, it must go through the return process. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

• Custom, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Items marked as final sale
